This action also seeks to stomp all over the Tenth Amendment. You know that one about "States Rights". That thing ALL of the GOP have screamed about for decades.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
