Do your characters like customizing their stuff? How do they customize it?

Thank you so much for the question! It depends on who we are talking about:
Aeleine WIP: Most of Micah’s stuff is made from things he’s managed to hold on to from the beginning, or things’ he’s scavenged, so for him, yes. Blight never had access to much in the Cliffs, where she’s from, and while it isn’t often that tribes will clash with eachother (and they never do within the tribe), when fights occur it’s common for the winning side to take some kind of token. As such, Blight’s belt and weapons’ holsters are all brightly decorated with different scraps of clothes, all differently coloured as well. Gabriel is all about blending in, so his things are as common place as you can get. Aeleine too, in a way, though she is cheap, lived in the streets for a while and even know is tentative of spending money least the worst come to pass, so she does do a bit of thrift shopping and up cycling i suppose, though it feels weird to use words like that in a fantasy context xD. Lastly, Lilis wardrobe is vast and scavanged, for all their different personnas, but not personalised necessarily, for the same reasons as Gabriel and Aeleine.
Folklore WIP: Lor has a lot of second hand and thrift shopped things, but Oriana is the one who enjoys the most adding little flourishes to them all, and combining different scraps to them all. Eliana’s clothes are literal magic and Roa couldn’t care less, so let’s skip them. Temper uses the largest things he can get his hands on to hide certain things about himself; after a year living underground with the vampires, his clothes have looked better, but unless you call holes from wearing out customising, then no. Nina does costomise some of her clothes; some have had lil embroideries added on by Oriana, but she likes to make her own things as well
