Director: Ok Katie, we need your character to look at James the same way you look at Kara.

*Katie stares lifelessly at James*

Director: No Katie, take the look you have for Kara and look at James the same way.

* Katie continues to stare at James lifelessly*

Director: *sigh* No Katie, now you look like you’re smelling a fart. What are you doing?

*After multiple takes*

Director: Ok, we’ll keep it like that, hopefully the audience won’t notice the awkwardness of this scene. What were the writers thinking with this pairing? It make no sense. I thought she was heads over heels for Kara.

PS. Seriously just watching this scene make me seriously uncomfortable. This face, is the face of someone who is dead inside. And that kissing was fucking awkward.
