Absolute bullshit that they’re denying triple dipping on fees because they 100% do. When you buy a ticket you pay fees. If you sell that ticket, you pay fees. And the person who bought the ticket pays fees to buy it from you. That’s 3x that Ticketmaster is getting fees for the same exact ticket!
Also, if you use a vpn, turn it off when you visit the Ticketmaster website. Otherwise they WILL block you from accessing the site altogether and ban your account.

i'm pissed. i bought a ticket to see the maine tonight. i can't accept the ticket because my axs account is connected to an old phone number and there's no option to change that online. i tried calling customer service and using a live agent chat. i was on hold for an hour and there were 49 people ahead of me the entire time with no change.
i tried creating a new account and selling my ticket to myself on my new account, but now i have to transfer the ticket from my old account, which i can't do because of the above. i paid an extra $6 for that ticket and i'm going to get charged with a fee if i can't transfer it. i don't want to miss out, but i don't want to pay another $100 for a new ticket from someone else.
this was my birthday present to myself. if i don't go now, then it's highly unlikely i'll see them at all on tour. i don't do things like this often (or anything really -- see my username) so it's so frustrating and disappointing that i actually requested off of work, got dressed and all dolled up, and have been looking forward to this for a while, only for it to not work out.
