Ok. So. I️ will be "fasting" "detoxing" "cleansing" whatever you choose to call it, for the next 15 days !!!!
Yayyyyy FUN...
This isn't just any kind of detox, my goal it to flush all the processed food I've been eating out, get rid of this lower belly fat and get a six pack. Too much huh?
Well I️ will try lol.
I️ will be making fully loaded veggie smoothies (green) and drinking that for breakfast and dinner for 7 days (pt1). I️ may eat 1 meal a day but it will vary (I️ have a friend in town for a week, dont wanna deprive myself). When she leave I️ will complete the last 7 days full throttle liquids only.
Sounds good?? Cool.

40 Days
Okay so now since I️ have an even 40 Days til my birthday. I️ will use that to motivate and push though. I'm only getting closer.
FULL ACCOUNTABILITY
I️ am sure that I️ can manage this goal.

Yesterday I️ did soooooo well.
65 mins on the stair master burning 1502 calories
10 min warm up on the arch machine about 100 calories
All first thing in the morning
Ya know making room for all my healthy calories.
When I came home I️ ate some steamed broccoli and had a protein shake.
On the road I️ ate yoshanoya mixed veggies, and a half falafel from pita cafe.
Okay now so here is where I️ messed up
I️ ate tons of different chips (hand grabbing )
I️ ate fruit ( trying to stay a way for a little while for this detox )
No more real activity
On the way home we had in and out
I️ had my grilled cheese w/ lettuce tomato and onions With some fries..... oh and I️ had a vanilla chocolate milkshake.
Ahhhhhh
Came home and knocked the fuck out.
Lessons learned
Meal prep (ran out for broccoli couldn't steam any to go)
Focus on MYSELF and MY GOALS (no one will care like I️ do) meaning because someone else or everyone else is eating something don't mean I️ have too.
Consistency throughout the day

I feel like I've gain so much weight these past few months and it's grossing me out. I mean I always gain weight in the summer and lose it in the winter but I honestly feel like I need to take more healthier routes. I'm only getting older, plus I'm really not happy with my body atm and it's bothering me
