For hound Javert, you'll have to look at my latest Furry AU designs, also featuring Valjean as a wolf and Cosette, Fantine and the Thénardier family as cats.
I apologize if you were perphas expecting something cooler looking, my style is much cartoony and i also consider myself an amateur 🙏.
For the other furry designs i have, there's my 2nd Furry AU;
Which was primarily based on a Korean Les Mis children's book with animals as the cast, featuring its choice of Valjean as a wolf, Javert as a fox, Fantine and Cosette as bunnies and the Thénardiers as rats, next to the biblically accurate Marius as a booby and Enjolras as an eagle.
And then, there's my very first Les Mis furry AU.
This one took a bit of inspiration from the Arai manga with JvJ as a lion, as for the rest Cosette and Fantine are yet again cats, Marius is a dog (didn't rly think of a specific breed for him), Enjolras is an eagle, Grantaire is a bear, the Thénardiers are wolves and Montparnasse is a snake.
Javert is a tricky example, in that as you can see i originally designed as a grey wolf, but then i thought it could get redundant with the Thénardiers, so i tried to redesign and make him a different species, at one point i even made him a crow based on a Donald Duck spoof of Les Mis of all things!
