If Ye be in Tuscon, look ye to the North for a treasure of geological history at Ye Ole Pirate Fault. The great thing about the rock exposures at The Pirate Fault, is that you get to delve into the rocks that would normally be buried like gold to a freebooter. There may not be much gold, but there is a hematite rich areas and exposures of Catalina granite with basaltic intrusions.
