Gina: You and I will never touch again.
Charles: Damn! If I'd known it was our last time, I would've moaned more.

Mafia Jake from S2 is an underrated Jake. I mean that slicked back hair and the slightly open shirt that shows his chest hair has me falling all over again.

I'm watching B99 2x16, "The Wednesday Incident," and omgggg Jake just totally asked that guy Gerald out and I don't give a darn what anyone else says, Jake is biiiiiiiiii.
I know he and Amy are endgame (which I’m super happy about because Amy is a gift, ok, and they’re ridiculously adorable together) but the bi!Jake headcanon is super super important to me and makes me sooo happy (not to mention makes SO MUCH SENSE) and asdfghjjkjd yes please.
how does the men on the island thing work from b99??
Omg omg omg okay so. So. I’ve been waiting for someone to ask me this for ages you have no idea. Just to remind everyone, this is a puzzle posed in b99 that none of them could solve. Twelve islanders all the same weight bar one, and a seesaw. You have to work out which is the different weight by only using the seesaw three times. Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that the one is heavier.
The first mistake people make is thinking you have to put all the islanders on the seesaw for the first turn. No, my guys. Put eight on, four either side.
If the heavier one is in that eight, the seesaw will obvs tip one way or the other. You can exclude those on the higher side, seeing as their collective weight is less than the other side. Split the four on the lower side so there’s two on each side of the seesaw. This is turn number two. You can probably see where I’m going with this. One side will tip lower than the other, and you can exclude those on the higher side. Now, you just have two to weigh for turn number three. Put one on either side, and you’ll know that the heavier one is on the side that falls lower.
But, I hear you crying, what if the heavier islander is not one of the original eight? What if you put eight on and the seesaw lies equal? Surely you’ve wasted a turn? Do not worry friends. You’ve just excluded eight. For turn number two, put two of the islanders you didn’t use previously on either side. One side will tip lower. Oh? That’s the same as in the previous example? Well, yep. It’ll work the same way from there, and you can quite easily work out the islander who’s been hoarding one too many fish for himself.
Sophia: You think I might tell everyone in the courtroom that you like to be the little spoon?
Jake: Everyone likes to be the little spoon! It makes you feel safe! Carl, back me up on this.
Carl: Yes, little spoon all the way.
