Today’s at-home spa day products!
Happy Friday everyone! Are you all looking forward to what the weekend has in store? I know I am! 🤩
To get in the mood for the next couple of family-filled days, I decided to treat myself to an at-home spa day (aka doing nothing else but pamper myself). Socialising tends to tire me out, so I love to set some time aside for beautifying as a way to relax and recharge! Here are some of the products I used for this very purpose, so let’s go through them 👇
➡️ Kew Gardens Soap Bar - This came in my Christmas stocking, and what a gift it is! Usually I’m not a fan of bar soaps as I find they turn mushy in no time, but this bar is so luxuriously dense that I can see this lasting for months on end. This is rose-scented which is one of my favourite scents, so it’s a lovely way to get squeaky clean while smelling like a summer’s day.
➡️ Sunday Rain Mandarin + Green Tea Body Scrub - I love a good body scrub when I want to give my body a little extra TLC, and this recent purchase has been so pleasant to use. It claims to have a clinically proven scent to invigorate your mood, and its citrusy notes do hit the spot. It hasn’t got a harsh, abrasive feeling to it as it’s overall a very creamy product, so this should suit all skin types.
➡️ Soap & Glory Smoothie Star Body Milk - Soap & Glory really do have the best body lotions, as every single one of them smell like a dream and linger all day long. This is one of my favourites of theirs, as it’s a light yet deeply hydrating lotion that just puts me in a better mood because of its breakfasty, warm smell. It can make you a little greasy if you slather on too much, but when it smells this good, who cares? Not me!
➡️ Babaria 3 in 1 Cannabis Seed Oil Hair Mask - Hair masks just scream ‘I have a day off’, don’t they? I applied this mask to wet hair, popped on a shower cap and left it to soak in for a good 15 minutes or so while lazing in the bath, and my lengths are silky soft because of it. You can also use this product as an ordinary conditioner or as a leave-in crème, so it really does tick all the boxes.
How will you spend this weekend? 🤗
