I don't actually have a plan for this yet. I think they could be searching for the machine, since motm is a major inspo, but i'm not exactly sure why yet...

If i do keep them searching for the ink machine, they'll prolly be searching for the lost parts of it. Which is how vee joins the party, she has one of the parts inside her.

Also ms chalice will have some lore surrounding her, i have ideas for the machine to be connected to her goal, and do recall her backstory in the cuphead show and the cuphead dlc. I do wanna incoorperate that. its just ideas rn but i've got something

I also don't know what to call this. it's placeholder name will be "macguffin AU" since the parts of the machine and the machine itself are kinda a goal thats important to the characters but not us since we're mainly here to see their characters grow and change, therefore it could be a macguffin depending on how i feel like taking the story or not.
