The thing that sucks about cheerleading, is that it is 80% mental and 20% physical. I can and have the physical easily. But the mental kicks me in the ass. Like I have been trying to get my standing back tuck and running tuck for over 6 years. Physically I can do it in my sleep. But mental I cannot do it on the floor without a spot. Idk why but it just doesn't happen. Every now and again I'll throw it a couple times and then I won't for like 5 months. Its completely random. Some days I can do it perfectly and some days I cant even do it on the tumble trak.
Its really frustrating and I hate it. I just want to move on but I can't.
