Re-commitment
So I have fallen a tiny bit off of the "getting healthy" train these past few weeks and while I haven't been gaining weight, I haven't really been losing it either. My exercise commitment has been spotty and my eating, while nowhere near where it was before, has not been healthy (damn you cereal!!!! 😡).
Today, I started back on my plan and even though I could not incorporate exercise due to realizing that I have a huge reading assignment due tomorrow for my college career that resumes tomorrow after an eight year hiatus, my eating habits have been held in check.
Tomorrow, I will post a scale pic to hold myself accountable publicly. I will post a follow-up on Labor Day (Monday 9/3). I'll also post a gw to get to.
This period was a bump in the road and will not consume me.
