Ingredients: 4 lbs beef ribs. 2 lbs chicken wings. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 tbsp brown sugar. 2 tbsp paprika. 2 tbsp garlic powder. 2 tbsp onion powder. 2 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl with olive oil. This will make a dry rub. The beef ribs should be grilled for 45 to 60 minutes, turning them over every so often, until they are charred and cooked to your liking. For 20 to 25 minutes, turning the wings every now and then, cook them until they are crispy and done. Use barbecue sauce to baste the meats with for the last 10 minutes of cooking to make a tasty glaze. It should be taken off the grill and left to rest for 5 minutes before it is served.

Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons chipotle pepper sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
