I really wouldn’t change the cover image of this because who doesn’t love Jackie Chan? Moreover though, the video is actually about bacon muffins.

I don’t know, this is really cool. I’m going to make it, and probably gain 3% increase to some sort of cardiovascular emergency likelihood. Always in the name of bacon!

Also, just the host of the show is adorable, haha, I laughed pretty solidly at the end of the video. So awkward that its great.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon 1 egg 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon melted shortening

Directions:

Sift the dry ingredients; add the bacon; and blend. Stir in the egg, slightly beaten and combined with the milk and melted shortening. Beat until free from lumps; and transfer to a well oiled muffin pans.…

Bacon Brunch Muffins Of all the brunch muffins I have tried, these are my favorites. Tools: 12 count muffin pan Pam or some other kinda spray Ingredients: 12 slices thick cut bacon 12 eggs 1 cup spinach Goat cheese Salt Pepper Preheat your oven to 350. Line a greased muffin tin with a slice of bacon per cup. Add whatever veggies (I chose spinach) into each cup. Crack an egg into each cup. Top each cup with goat cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake for 20 mins. If desired, broil an extra 5 mins for a crispy top. Serve immediately, or store for the week in your fridge. For best results, pair with french toast or a mimosa. Or more bacon.
