The seasoned ground beef patty inside this Inside Out Bacon Burger is taken to a whole new level by being wrapped in bacon and filled with tasty toppings. All of the flavors come together in one bite!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 8 strips bacon. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 4 hamburger buns. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form them into thin patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Lay 2 strips of bacon in a cross shape on a clean surface. Place a ground beef patty in the center of the bacon cross. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, and diced pickles on top of the patty. Carefully fold the bacon strips over the patty, covering the fillings. Secure the bacon-wrapped patty with toothpicks if needed. Grill the bacon-wrapped patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, mix ketchup and mayonnaise to create a special sauce. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing each bacon-wrapped patty on a toasted bun and drizzling with the special sauce. Serve hot and enjoy your Inside Out Bacon Burger!
