I'm very happy with how this set turned out. Helmet's almost perfect while the armor looks good and animates quite well considering some non-standard parts. On the downsides though, Wrecker (and perhaps Hunter as well) should be redone when the whole squad is complete, so the quality's consistent.
Sims 4: Echo's Armor S1
Domino, former ARC Trooper, war hero, more-machine-than-man, down-to-earth grumpy survivor, bad pun master, rebel clone and Mom to the Batch. Is there an Echo here?

Clearly there are some limits to bending this arm construction, which might not look great in promotional merch. Anyway, I found a way to animate it without adding any bones (which I can't do yet), and while it's not perfect, it looks good at most angles. I will be creating a separate arm accessory together with robolegs next.

Found under brimless hats, it's cut to hide under the hair on sides. You can try with other hairstyles but it may clip. If you find a more suitable hairstyle for Hunter, please let me know, I can make another version.
Apparently armors should be easier and faster to model and paint now that I gained some experience. So, Crosshair's next and yes it's going from the easiest till the most detailed one, sorry mom Echo, I don't even have good references, you're last 😔
