I’ve got so much stuff to do, but unfortunately I have michosis and I wanna share something with you guys so please bear with me!!

I’ve had this story idea for months, inspired by bad album (one of my favorite albums ofc), it’s a slow burn fiction, set in an AU revolving around darryl (bad!mj) and a young woman, while they have differences, they actually have one thing in common, both of them have their own struggles with their identities and self esteem, both of them want to be “bad”, strong, and confident.

I imagine the story would be divided into two parts: first part would be inspired by martin scorsese’s bad short film, dramatic and gritty, with a hint of youth romance, there’s a mix of elements of romeo and juliet (1968 + 1996) and west side story (1961), like… imagine yourself and angelface in the fish tank scene… ugh!

second part would be set in the way you make me feel. I see it as a time-skip. darryl and his muse are older, independent, and more importantly confident. the spark is still there but these two need to figure it out, and quickly…

grease (1978), dirty dancing (1987), and other musical classics are major influences in this one! we all have seen how freaky michael was in the music video hehe, well… this how I see time-skip darryl, bold and poised, however he’s been a little lost when the lady isn’t in his life anymore, so imagine how would he feel when she finally returns to him!

well, this is what I had so far! I’m not a good writer but I’d like to make a comic, or maybe simple animatics for some intimate scenes. I have so much going on in my mind, hopefully I’ll be able to cook something soon!
