for something completely different. i once had the adults can use monkeybars mod. but it was stupid because adults couldn't hold the bars. their arms were way above it. i got rid of the mod AGES AGO. idk why they still do this!!

been in 30+ for a while, having an ok time, and i feel like wrt the mod team, its repeat offenders who get into arguments with server members. who knows what's going in the mod channels (would love to be a fly in that room tbqh) but i wonder if some of them are just as done w the drama as everyone else. i've gone to quieter mods w my problems and they've been very kind and friendly. idk if their just complacent or if their getting steamrolled by the more abrasive personalities but i think the transparency rule is funny because it sooo reads like some of them being fed up by the rest's ban happy bullshit. i'll see if it makes a difference

Truthfully, I there's some literal discord (pun) between the discord moderators, because they frequently don't seem on the same page, and if you watch, there are some who never seem to interact -- you'll never see them both in the same conversation. On the other hand, there are a few who are clearly thick as thieves.

Which, given that we're all human, isn't surprising.

That said, I've seen at least one of those "quieter mods" be nice and friendly with a member, only to later be a complete shithead, so I treat them all like rattlesnakes: no matter how they're behaving now, there's always the potential for them to land a poisonous bite later.

Hipshot to fix a 2 point leaner :: 1970s Gibson EB-3 Ah, more on the heavily modified 1970s Gibson EB-3.  A combination of a low neck angle and poor design of the original 2 point bridge made it the ideal candidate for a modern upgrade.  As you can see from the photo above, the two maple wedges were an attempt to keep the bridge from leaning forward.  But leaning issues aside, the action could not be lowered any further.  In comes a Hipshot 2 point Supertone bridge to help out.  It has a lower profile and it's machined with far greater tolerances to maximize sustain and allow for proper action and intonation.  I agree that it does change the vintage vibe of the bass, but if you value playabilty over vintage-correctness, this is the way to go.
