ok, hear me out, ftm Dean, but John was too drunk to remember Dean was ever Deana, and Sam was too tiny to.
Like seriously, imagine little four year old Deana seeing how horrible her father is and noticing the sexism, and just being a genius about it and transitioning.
Dean would cut his hair short and he'd do it often, he'd get rid of any proof that he has ever been in a dress or a skirt, and the only reason he isn't helpful with monster research is because he's focused on puberty research, and he'd start testosterone just a little too early and people might even laugh at the change in him.
Dean would do everything to keep up the act.
But is it really just an act now? Well, I think not.
Hi, I read a fic on tumblr where the reader's mom marries John. So Dean and Sam become the reader's sort of half-siblings. But Dean and the reader like each other. And when they slept together John and the reader's mom found them and they sent the reader away. Time later Dean finds her. and they have a car accident. and the reader is dying. And the last chapter starts with Dean saying he hates funerals. And they have a daughter. I think the fic is called Cher but I don't remember.
I know you said it’s called Cher but I really believe it’s this fic series “the way of love” by @supersleepygoat also they are step siblings not half siblings but I think the term you were going for was step siblings.

A/N: Hey guys! I wrote this one-shot ages ago, and it’s basically centred around the idea of how John would treat the boys differently, if they weren’t actually boys. Hope you enjoy!
Warnings: swearing, sexism, John’s bad parenting
Word count: 1200
John reached for the whiskey.
It was November the first, not yet Mary's anniversary, but close enough to cause John to drink heavily. He decided to forego a glass, slugging straight from the bottle. He savoured the bitter taste and the burn that followed, his head woozy from a combination of alcohol and overwhelming emotions. Footsteps echoed through the small room, he reached for his gun. Even in this intoxicated state, his hunter’s senses were on full alert.
"It's alright, Dad. It's just me."
His daughter Diana told him in a soft voice, she was holding a backpack and her car keys. She was treating him strangely, with more care than normal. As if he was fragile and likely to break. An irrational anger flared in his belly.
"And where do you think you're going?" He asked in a stern tone, his words slurring slightly.
She turned towards him, "I was going to drop Sammy off at the library so he could work on his paper." She explained, still in that infuriatingly gentle voice.
How dare she coddle him?! He was her father not a patient in a nursing home. He didn't want her pity. He deserved some respect.
"And you didn't think to ask? Didn't consider that maybe I would want to know where my son was?"
Diana smiled apologetically, "Sorry, Dad. I just thought you'd like us out of your hair. And Sammy really wanted to get started on his assignment."
John knew he was being unreasonable, he spent most of his time away from his kids, leaving Diana to take care of Sammy with very little assistance. He rarely worried about where Sammy was, as long as Diana was nearby.
John frowned, "But what are you gonna do, Diana? Sam's not going to be able to study with you breathing down his neck."
Diana studied the stained carpet, wondering if she should tell John the truth.
"Diana?" John repeated, his voice low in warning.
"I was kinda planning on hanging out with Josh."
John, already on edge due to the half bottle of whiskey and the nearing anniversary, stood up abruptly.
"What?! You’re going out with a boy and didn't consider asking me about it?"
Diana bit her tongue, and fought the urge to roll her eyes. Josh was just a friend, one of the few she was able to make at her current school. Nearly all the girls were snarky and bitchy, so she tended to hang around the boys, earning her the title of school skank. It was only partially accurate.
"Dad, I didn't tell you because I didn't think you'd care. We're just friends. We're going to see a movie, that's all." She replied in her quiet, soft tone, further angering John.
They were just friends! He was a teenage boy. If he wasn't gay, he was trying to get in her pants. She was just too naïve to see it. He took a step towards her.
"I don't want you hanging out with any boy I haven't met. You hear me?" John asked, the sentence heavily ladened with sarcasm. His normally obedient, soldier-like daughter looked up at him, fire in her eyes.
"No, Dad. I don't need your permission to have friends. Josh is a nice guy, and I like spending time with him." The soft tone John had found so aggravating before, gone.
"I don't care how nice this dick is, I don't want my daughter acting like such a fucking slut!"
Diana bit her lip and looked at the ground, hurt that her father thought so little of her. John felt a pang of guilt, but forced it down. She needed to hear this.
His eyes snapped to her down turned face when he heard the stifled sob. No child of his would be such a fucking pussy!
"Why are you crying, Diana? Is it your time of the month?" He sneered.
Her eyes snapped up, but this time they were filled with anger, not tears.
"You pig." She said softly.
If he wasn't standing so close to her, he would have missed it. Surprised at the venom behind the words, John stepped closer, the whiskey firing his temper.
"What did you say to me?" He growled menacingly.
But Diana refused to back down.
"You heard me! Would you treat me like this if I was a boy?! Would you call me a slut?! Would you patronise me?! Would you expect me to be your fucking mother?!"
"Diana, I will not tolerate this-" John began infuriated by her audacity, but Diana didn't let him finish.
"No! I won't tolerate you treating me like a piece of shit! You wouldn't do this to Sammy, would you? I'm not stupid, Dad. I know you wish I was a guy." John began to shake his head, to deny it, but once again he was interrupted.
"You demand I act like one! I can't dress like a girl, I can't express my feelings like a girl, I can't even have a fucking boyfriend!" John almost scolds Diana for her language, but closed his mouth when he realised she was nowhere near done.
"So I say to myself, okay I'll do what he wants. I'll be the perfect son. I'll be Sammy's brother, and I'll teach him everything a brother would. I taught him how to talk to girls, I taught him how to spit, I even taught him about sex, for fucks sake! I’ve done everything that you were meant to! And I'm fine with that! I don't care that I own more band t-shirts than bras. I don't care that the only time I wear makeup is when I act bait for perverted vampires. I don't care that I have to go hustling for money to buy pads, because you would rather buy whiskey and rock salt than give me money for something I need. But as soon as I start sleeping around like a guy or even considering having a male friend, you call me a slut! If Sammy got laid you'd pat him on the back and say "Atta boy." I kiss someone, and you ask me "Do you think your mother wanted you to be a whore? Do you think she'd be proud of you?"”
John flinched at the mention of Mary. Diana saw the flinch, and knew the reason. She breathed deeply, fighting tears of anger and frustration. She stormed to the table, grabbed the keys to the Impala.
"Come on, Sam. We're leaving!" She called.
Sam entered, eyes trained on his sneakers, and Diana knew he'd heard every word. John stood frozen, staring at his daughter. Opening the door, the siblings walked out and slammed it behind them.
"Diana, come back here!" John shouted through the door
Sam glanced at his sister, expecting her to immediately turn back around and walk towards their father. But she just shook her head and continued walking. They reached the Impala and Diana unlocked it, ignoring the distant sound of John yelling after them. They both climbed in and Diana revved the engine.
"Where to, Sammy?" She asked with forced lightness.
Sam looked up to meet her gaze, "How about we go get some pie?" He suggested quietly, wanting Diana to stop looking so broken, so fragile. She looked at him, and smiled a sad, but sincere smile.
"Alright, Sammy. We'll go get some pie." She said softly, pulling out of the parking lot.

It looks like somehow I've never solicited teenchesters headcanons from you all? Which is very strange. But also unsurprising because of course I'd just assume I'd already asked. There's so much to say and think about! Obviously I would have asked about it. I wouldn't have just left that goldmine untouched.
But I guess I did. So. Give them to me.

ahhhhhhhhhh!
Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much I didn't think you would actually give me another one, I love you so much😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oooh, teenchesters...
Hmm, well just about everything about the teenchesters is absolute fire!
For one, there's the question of who felt things first, and both options are yummy!
Sammy looking at his brother, fantasising about all of his crazy desires(things he's pretty sure aren't normal even if Dean wasn't his brother), imagining himself on top of Dean, riding him like a horse, imagining himself beneath Dean, getting pounded like there's no tomorrow.
Or maybe,
Dean looking at his baby brother, his cute little baby boy, he always loved the kid, but he only realised how wrong it is when he started lusting for him. In the few hours of sleep Dean gets, all his dreams are about Sammy, dreams of Sam beautifully sitting on top of him, of taking care of Sam's sexual needs before his own, then come the other kind, dreams of Sam beautifully and brutally stretched and laid out on a bed, Sammy crying and whining and begging as Dean fucks inside ruthlessly.
In the case it's one sided, my thoughts are that Dean would be terrified and sure he did something wrong, sure that he hurt his precious little Sammy to arouse such feelings in him. Sam would be surprised, shocked and disgusted, Sam would run away, he'll think about this trying to convince himself to hate Dean, but all he does is realise he wants this too.
I'm thinking, Sam hates himself for these feelings. Sam is sure Dean will hate him even more, will be disgusted. Sam thinks he's a freak and he's worried about his brother instead, how Dean will react, will Dean blame himself, will Dean try to solve this problem, would Dean tell John?
Dean is a little different. Dean hates himself for those feelings, he's a freak and he knows it. These feelings are dangerous, and Dean might end up doing something with consequences he doesn't want to face. Dean needs to purify himself, through hard work, and pain and worse of all, by keeping his space from Sammy. But he can't.. he loves Sam too much. Dean thinks he's a freak, but all he thinks about is himself. Will he hurt himself, will he hurt anyone, what will people think of him, what will John think of him, what will John do if he finds out, what will Sammy think?
Dean concludes that he simply needs to ignore those feelings, even if it means ignoring just about all that makes him who he is, the most important thing is Sam, and that Dean will stay with him.
and of course , there's the matter of John.
Even before any sexual relationship establishes, both boys are shit scared that their father will know, John isn't one to take kindly to this kind of thing and they know it.
I'm not in the mood to proof read this right now but I wanna post soooo feel free to tell me about any wrong spelling and shit
