LONG HOT TAKE- short version moral superiority is ruining community.

Controversial hot take: nobody's perfect. The moral superiority flying around right now is the reason why we have cliques not community. It feels like purity culture which in this climate im not surprised.

The human experience is to make mistakes and learn from them(to a certain extent like r*pists and people who hurt animals and children dont apply here).

Im tired of seeing people be canceled for the SMALLEST things and then cant return to the internet over it. People are suppose to learn and grow from making mistakes and if you cant give them the room to do that youre no better imo.

Im so sick of seeing people argue over small things like Spotify (YouTube has the same if not worse ads and every major platform has these ads now and im not spending a week between working to transfer things over spend 20 bucks on a VPN and burn like 30 CDs)

ITS DUMB!!!! then the same people act like their shit dont stink. Its tiring researching every ast artist, company, food vrand, clothing brand, shopping center, job, etc. When its all shit! ALL OF IT. Now im not saying drop boycotting im just saying if you cant boycott it all you aren't a bad person if you cant!!

The people who make these boycotts dont even take into consideration that back in February this year the big no spend blackout landed on a day everyone on SSI got paid. The people who make these boycotts are PRIVILEGED. You are PRIVILEGED if you can manage all these boycotts bc it means you have the money for the pricier more "ethical" options and youre shocked when we cant afford it with time or money or energy and call us garbage for it!!

There is no ethical consumption under capitalism!!!!! Do not drive your self crazy because Rebecca called you a bad person and youre the reason for genoc*ce for living in a food desert and your only option was McDonald's your friend bought you.

Don't let Bob get to you when he says you should be spending all your time and money just burning CDs you cant afford with a CD player you cant find or buy with a VPN you need to not get caught on a laptop you dont have or a compatiblephone you dont have.

Don't let Alex bully you for not gardening your own food in a rent raised every year apartment you can barely afford because the cost of living goes up. TAKE CARE OF YOUR SELF make a community for your self. Remember kids you go so far left you turn right at a certain point.

Minato didn’t mean to end up with the harem he ends up with, he just is a compulsive people pleaser to his Social Links, and says whatever he thinks will keep the Link ranking up, which... backfired heavily on him as one girl after another asked him out and he didn’t say no, and ended up digging the hole deeper as felt like he couldn’t say no without endangering the Tartarus missions... and also was afraid of half of his team obliterating him.

#365daysofbiking Not what I had in mind:

New Years Day, Friday January 1st 2021 – I had this daft idea to go up Barr Beacon and catch a great, frosty winter sunset - the first of the year - with a big zoom camera. So I charged up the Nikon P990 and headed off.

I was soon up on the Beacon, it’s not far. I was pleased with myself: My fitness was well up to the long climb, unusual at Christmas. Especially with my advancing age.

Just one snag. 

The sun went down with barely a whimper, and everything was dull. The photography was terrible. 

Not only that, the melting snow up there had seen so many feet - it wasn’t even attractive to photograph. Cursing, I left, and did a lazy loop of Queslett, Streetly and Aldridge.

On impulse, I headed for the canal between Aldridge and Walsall Wood, and I liked the marina boats, smell of woodsmoke from stoves and soft lights. The ride was saved, sort of.

As I ploughed back towards Brownhills - the towpaths were hard going, not with ice, but unrelenting mud and sludge - I thought I’d have a go at Clayhanger Bridge with the Panasonic. Not too bad considering the lack of moonlight. A lot of colour in a very dark scene. I liked it.

Some days, you don’t get what you want from a ride, but you do get what you need. And that’s totally OK.
