Hi, I was wondering if you could help me figure out my secondary? I took the test and it gave me either a lion or a snake secondary and I've been stuck between them. Whenever I'm faced with a problem, I face it head on and just go at it with a particular solution until it either works or doesn't. I hate lying about the important things like my motivations or beliefs but I'm fine with putting on a performance about something else to get a specific result. I'm also really good at code switching.

Sounds like you’re a Lion secondary with a strong Snake (or possibly Badger) performance. Not a model. This is something you put on consciously, know you’re wearing, and take off when you’re alone.

I’ve always read that Secondary sortings are generally easier to figure out than Primaries but honestly figuring out my Secondary was so hard. I kinda feel like talking through why I think I have the secondary sortings I do because I just need to get this down somewhere so: 

I’ve posted before about how I figured out that I’m a Snake Secondary at my core because I really wished I knew how to do that but didn’t think I was good enough. I think I was always told by close friends and family growing up that I was too awkward and needed protected which caused me to Burn pretty intensely. 

I have a very loud Bird model that I very much mistook for my main(?) secondary sorting at first. She’s loud and out there and really likes learning and contingency plans. And also strategy? My Bird model is probably why people usually think I’m a Ravenclaw in the traditional sorting (even though I’m a Slytherin). 

PLUS on top of that I have a Badger performance that I have an intense love-hate relationship with. I think I built the Badger mainly for interacting with teachers and other authority figures (and getting things from them). Recently I had a situation in which years of using my Badger didn’t pay off has made me kind of resent it. It also makes me a little uncomfortable because of the person I learned it from. At the same time, it really is a useful thing to perform...
