I just started working with this brother and I love him already. He's a genius. #badgone is coming together like an early Pharcyde track. Which says a lot, because I love early Pharcyde. "One-Take Broke!" First take of #badgone (which I like to call #baddaygone ) with @deleoluv and @chevaliermusic . My studio traditions/superstitions in the booth include: 1. Not starting until I'm certain I'm wearing the headphones correctly ("L" speaker on left ear, "R" on right) even if it makes no difference at all 2. Announcing "One-Take Broke!" before my first take in honor of Jay-Z's alias "One-Take Hov", though it rarely works out that way for me lol 3. Constantly clearing my throat 4.
