Enjoy these tasty gluten-free blondies that have just the right amount of chocolate chips and hazelnuts. They're simple to make and great for people who can't have gluten.
Ingredients: 1 cup hazelnut flour. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the hazelnut flour, almond flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the wet mixture and mix until smooth. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a thick blondie batter forms. Stir in the gluten-free chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before cutting them into squares. Serve and enjoy your gluten-free Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Blondies!
