Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Tzatziki sauce. Sliced cucumber. Sliced tomato. Sliced red onion. Lettuce leaves.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 5-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a chicken patty. Top each patty with sliced cucumber, tomato, and red onion. Add more tzatziki sauce if desired. Finish assembling the burgers with the top half of the buns. Serve your Chicken Gyros Burgers hot and enjoy!

Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

The spicy tuna goes well with the creamy avocado, and the crunchy cucumber gives it a nice crunch. These appetizers look great and taste great because they are topped with sesame seeds and green onions. To make them taste even better, serve them with pickled ginger.
Ingredients: 200g sushi-grade ahi tuna. 2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced lengthwise. 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced. Pickled ginger, for serving. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tsp sriracha sauce. 1 tsp rice vinegar. 1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish. 1 green onion, thinly sliced, for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar to make the spicy tuna marinade. Dice the ahi tuna into small cubes and toss in the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Take cucumber slices and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Place a slice of avocado on each cucumber slice. Top the avocado with marinated spicy tuna cubes. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with pickled ginger on the side.

Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced in half lengthwise. 6 slices prosciutto. 6 slices salami. 6 slices provolone cheese. 1 cup arugula. 1 tomato, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup Italian vinaigrette. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put prosciutto, salami, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the baguette one layer at a time. On top of the cheese, put tomato slices, arugula, black olives, roasted red peppers, and red onion slices. Add the toppings and drizzle with Italian vinaigrette. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the top half of the baguette on top of the fillings and lightly press down. Aluminum foil should be used to tightly wrap the sandwich. For 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sandwich is warm all the way through, bake in an oven that has already been heated up. Take it out of the oven, unwrap it, and cut it into pieces. Enjoy while hot!

Instructions: Set Instant Pot to saut mode and cook the sliced smoked sausage until browned. Add onions, carrots, and celery, sauting until vegetables are tender. Stir in minced garlic, dried thyme, and smoked paprika. Pour in chicken broth and add drained white beans. Season with salt and pepper. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes. Once done, release pressure and open the lid carefully. Stir in chopped kale and let it sit for a few minutes until wilted. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray or oil for grilling.
Instructions: Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, ginger grated, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic should all be mixed together in a bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste. Four burger patties should be made from the turkey mixture. Warm up your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. To keep things from sticking, lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. The turkey burgers should be cooked all the way through and have grill marks after 5 to 6 minutes on each side. For best results, make sure they reach 165F 74C inside. Make the apple slaw while the burgers are cooking. Put green cabbage, red cabbage, apple slices, and cilantro leaves in a large bowl. To make the slaw dressing, mix the honey, rice vinegar, and mayonnaise in a separate small bowl in a whisk. Add pepper and salt. Add the dressing to the cabbage and apple mix. Toss to mix, making sure everything is covered well. Take the turkey burgers off the grill when they're done and let them rest for one minute. To make the burgers, put one turkey patty on a bun, add a lot of apple slaw on top of it, and then cover it with the top half of the bun. Right away, serve the Asian Turkey Burgers with Apple Slaw.
