#Balancingstick or #tuladandasana is almost like a giant compass facing the ground...and it just amazes me how practicing yoga in outdoor elements can deeply compliment the daily studio experience. It doesn’t have to cost a lot of time, money, or even energy, and the sensory awareness of this beautiful world around us is a sublime treat to ground down in the Earth’s elegant balance with human nature. Try a few poses on your own, in the park, your back yard, at the beach, or join for a 1-day wellness retreat!! Go on, it doesn’t matter if anyone is looking...
