Off the Top of My Head
As a bald man, I would really like to see a change in the way that funding is provided for research aimed at treating or preventing baldness.
Specifically, whenever teams of scientists apply for government grants or other sources of funding for such scientific studies and clinical trials, any document of approval should begin with a statement like this:
"Congratulations! Your funding has been approved. Now please choose from the list below to select a medical condition that's actually worth spending time and money on. This list includes options such as the treatment and pain relief of menstrual cramps, eradicating malaria, AND MANY MORE! Thank you for devoting your life to science, now please go do something meaningful."
Considering the fact that baldness is a condition that has no objective impact on my quality of life, this seems like it would be a major improvement to the current policy of, "Yep, we're STILL funding it after all these years because lots of rich dudes feel sensitive about it."

Send 😮 for an embarrassing fact about my muse.
Shallot once accidentally called Nappa “dad” during training. He meant to call him Nappa and he’s even called him “Master” by mistake, but Nappa hasn’t let Shallot live down that he considered Nappa like a father to him.
Hey Dave. From one David to another, I've been thinking a lot about my hair. Specifically the fact it's thinning. And you're such a positive person that I look up to. Could you help me decide once and for all if I should just shave it all off, or let it ride? I trust your opinion quite highly.
I'm going to say something that I think some people might take as a joke, and I want you to know that I'm saying it with 100% sincerity:
First, use the Marie Kondo method to thank your hair and say goodbye to it before you shave it off. Take a moment when you are by yourself to acknowledge the things you like about your hair, and the positive memories you've associated with it over the years. Allow yourself to feel any emotions that may come up, without any shame or embarrassment about those feelings.
Second, I would encourage you to try shaving your head, and keeping it shaved for at least one month before you ask anyone for their opinion, or try to form your own about it.
The first day will be a shock to you and everyone else. That's OK. The human brain is hardwired to be unsettled by sudden change to anything so familiar to us. It will take some time for people to get used to seeing it, including yourself.
Spend some time outdoors so the skin tone of your scalp becomes more similar to the skin tone of your face. (But be very careful of sunburns.) Spend some time in front of the mirror just looking at your face and your head and getting familiar with the shape. Give yourself permission to admire yourself without feeling embarrassed.
After you shave your head and take a shower or bath, try applying just a little bit of coconut oil to your scalp to enjoy the smooth texture.
After a month, if you really don't like the way your head looks bald, that's OK! You don't need to feel guilty for "not loving yourself enough," or anything like that. Try a hat!
These are all just tips and ideas, but ultimately I would MOSTLY just encourage you to do whatever is going to help you feel the most comfortable and confident in your own body.
I'm rooting for you, buddy!!
