I'm feeling cute again! I like this feeling. I even got like 3 nice compliments on my walk!

Sometimes I watch “the rave” with Hecate
Green Bald Witch Aesthetic requested by @jaceyjulep
The Bald Witch/Agnes Sampson ties are blowing my mind right now. So more or less, the boat 1:1 is about Bald Witch? Do you think could even extend to Bald Witch being the one had to do the Porter quest? Where can I learn more about Bald Witch in the hotel? She's absolutely my favorite character.
I’m definitely not the one to ask about Bald Witch, although I think she’s a very cool character! Do any of the Bald Witch regular followers want to jump into this thread? What are your thoughts on her backstory and character arc?
Sleep No More #22
It was lovely to be an audience member again at an immersive piece after the emotional whirlwind that was 'Through the Wren'. It was so great finally meeting @littlegoldenflies and it was incredibly gracious of her to invite me as I wasn't planning on returning to the hotel until sometime next year. This was my 22nd visit and I had absolutely no plan other than heading down to the Ballroom to start.
Upon seeing that Jenna Saccurato was planning Bald Witch I was so excited as not only do I adore Jenna in any role she plays, but I don't usually follow any of the witches so this was the time to do so! Jenna is such an amazing dancer. What she can do with her body never ceases to amaze me. She has this animalistic quality as Bald Witch that I love! I loved seeing her go from alluring and cute during the Ball to aggressive and creepy in her solo afterward. The Rave was the best I've seen it in a LONG time. I was giddy the entire time and I love me some vocal witches!
For the second loop I decided to follow Agnes for a full loop as I haven't done so before. Agnes was played I believe by Lindsey Matheis, I hope I am getting that right because she is fantastic! This was the first time in a long time I've really enjoyed Agnes' story. I love how it is so steeped in the genre of film noir and is ultimately a story of loss and tragedy. Also, while watching her scene with Hecate, I realized something. When Hecate shows Grace's locket to Agnes that could mean SO MANY things. As there is no dialogue, we don't hear what Hecate has just told Agnes and thus have to imagine it. Agnes already knows Hecate HAS Grace so I personally don't think it's that. I think Hecate may have just told Agnes that Grace is dead. Look at Agnes' reaction, she is DEVISTATED by this. It makes her last scene in Grace's bedroom all the more heartbreaking thinking that Agnes has just found out her sister is dead and who knows where her body (or what's left of it) is other than Hecate.
I spent my third loop wandering the floors thinking about things going on in my own life and the future of my own show. The hotel is a great place for reflection and is strangely where I go to relax and think. I ended my evening in an empty Macduff flat sitting on a sofa looking down the corridor living my best gothic life listening to "You Stepped Out of A Dream". I could have sat there for hours, but I eventually left and headed to the finale. Overall a wonderful visit!
Sleep No More Trip Highlights(2nd visit) 5/26/17
So I had a wonderful night as I saw both Sleep No More immediately followed by The Lost Supper.
Isabel Umali did an amazing job as Sexy Witch, her dance solo at the bar was incredibly passionate. I ended up following the Taxidermist into her one-on-one area where someone had got her one-on-one and watched the resulting scene. I caught her solo twice and I was the one she reached out to the first time, she also has amazing chemistry with Mallory Gracenin’s Hekate. I also recall seeing her in the candy store as well the ballroom dance.
Mallory Gracenin’s Hekate was absolutely amazing, the Hekate I saw my first time played her in a very cold and detached way which intrigued me to the character buy my god, Mallory Gracenin’s performance appeared to be much more emotional and active. It was intense and rather than a cold schemer that Onalea Glibertson intrigued me with, Gracenin appeared to be the complete opposite, a more reactionary Hekate who felt genuine emotion for something (her witches? I’m not sure) and was hurt and protective. I caught her singing “Is That All There Is?” and the lead up which was an amazing performance as well as her interaction with Agnes.
Agnes intrigued me a lot but I was not able to follow her much, I caught her interaction with the Taxidermist before following him to aforementioned interaction with Sexy Witch but I really only saw her again during Hekate interaction despite wanting to know more, whoever portrayed that night seemed to be a natural for the role.
I caught Lady MacDuff’s dance solo and then her duet with her Husband immediately after on the book case, I couldn’t tell you who those actors are but I loved the coreography and how it used the space of the room.
Boy Witch and Bald Witch were great, again I’m not sure who played the, and I only really see them at the orgy and I was able to catch Sexy Witch talking to Speakeasy before Boy Witch’s entrance and then the resulting scene. My first scene I had followed only seen Boy Witch’s solo and mainly focused on Speakeasy so it was nice to catch the rest of the context of the scene and know what happens. I was really tempted to follow Bald Witch and I regret not doing so.
Whoever played the women in the bar in the pre-show that night that and banters with customers as very socialabe, extraverted, great in her character and improv, I loved the accent she chose. She held a pretty long conversation about my home state while I drank my Absinthe then at the end of the show escorted me out of the way across the bar as she instructed everyone where to go.
I did come across a few other scenes, like the start of the possessed nurse solo and a fight or two in the phone booth but I typically walked by them as they didn’t intrigue me but I plan on catching them later. Isabel Umali and Mallory Gracenin were definitely the best of the night and I loved their interpretations and intensity.
