The Baloney-verse was introduced along with the Critics (an offshoot of the Watchers), Professor Brent Wilcox (because Reed Richards was busy), and campaction receptical in The Sensational She-Hulk 14, cover date April 1990. They were created by Steve Gerber and Bryan Hitch. The issue was one of the rare times Jen was able to revert to human form.
