These Banana Cream Waffles are a delightful breakfast treat. The addition of ripe bananas in the waffle batter makes them moist and flavorful, and the homemade vanilla syrup adds a touch of indulgence to your morning meal. Perfect for a special occasion or a weekend brunch with family and friends.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 2 large eggs. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup maple syrup.
Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Beat the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract together in a different bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. Make sure not to mix it too much; a few lumps are fine. Pre-heat your waffle iron and use oil or non-stick cooking spray to lightly coat it. Place the waffle iron that has already been heated with the waffle batter and cook it according to the maker's directions until it is golden brown and crispy. You can make the vanilla syrup while the waffles are cooking. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream slowly until it starts to boil. Take it off the heat and add the powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix it in with a whisk until it's smooth. Put some homemade vanilla syrup on top of each warm waffle and pour a lot of maple syrup over it. Have fun with your tasty Vanilla Syrup and Banana Cream Waffles!

Enjoy a delicious breakfast with these Banana Cream Waffles topped with a luscious Homemade Vanilla Syrup. The combination of ripe bananas and vanilla creates a delightful flavor that will satisfy your morning cravings.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons sugar. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 2 large eggs. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. For the Homemade Vanilla Syrup:. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup water. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Serve the Banana Cream Waffles hot with a drizzle of Homemade Vanilla Syrup. You can also top them with sliced bananas, whipped cream, or chopped nuts if desired.
