calling it now I think Jax has got mother trauma.

evidence to support this theory:

he's only really shown being a jackass to women, or at least MOSTLY to women / femme presenting characters

in ep 5 when ragatha reveals she had an abusive mother / home life, this is how Jax reacts. I don't think this is simple sympathy, I think he found something relatable in what she said

the one female/femme presenting character that Jax really starts to get along with (or at least, isn't completely antagonistic towards) is Pomni. And ALSO in ep 5, he literally puts her in a position of power in President Pomni. Read: he put the woman he likes/trusts in the authority spot. I'm def reading into this too much but??? do you see?? the vision??

wanting more than anything to write with the free time you have, but that free time not aligning with when your brain is all sparky and writery is so deeply frustrating

I'm so tired and drained and struggling to pull words out of my head and put them together, but all I want to do is work on my wips and finish things and get the story out but my exhausted soul is sputtering like an old car engine

foggy useless brain. the words are in there somewhere I just need to wait out the mist I guess

Little Hazbin detail I've not seen anyone else talking about....

So we know that Alastor hates TV and avoids watching it at all cost - in episode 1, when they're about to watch the new commercial, he's just like okay whatever :

But then, when they see the news announcement about the extermination getting pushed forward, even Al looks STRESSED - leaning forward, eyes wider, smiling less:

Even he's thinking "oh fuck my LIFE" lmao

I just thought this was a funny little detail

hazbin + undertale thoughts

how many of you currently in the hazbin fandom also existed in the undertale fandom?? I feel like there's so much crossover potential. I feel like the characters would gel really well together, the undertale gang would blend into hell so well TIBIA HONEST

Some of my headcanons if they crossed over:

Mettaton (EX) dancing with Angel Dust and them being fab together

Sans chatting with Husk at the bar as if he's Grillby

Papyrus and Sir Pentious being aspirational goofy weirdos together, making contraptions and being adorable and lame

Undyne and Vaggie comparing spears and bonding over being badass lesbians

Frisk running around with Nifty and Keekee like chaos gremlins

Charlie being mothered by Toriel and healing from it

Alphys sitting awkwardly in a corner and being approached by Lucifer and then them geeking out about special interests together

Alastor watching all of this through narrowed eyes but then being like "hmm all these new sinners are interesting" and then he has like a weird rivalry with Gastor when he eventually shows up lmao

Sans being WAY more OP than Alastor and it being HILARIOUS cause Sans is so sloppy and unrefined and Al hates it but then they eventually team up together in a fight against smth else and it's SUPER FUCKING COOL

I could literally come up with these forever honestly. I wanna so much draw crossover art so bad PLEASE
