work has pissed me off. i got an email from 1.30am saying i’ve had a shift added on friday. normally we get our rotas a week in advance, which is too short notice as it is, as an autistic person who hyperplans my life. i wasn’t working on friday, so i made plans to go out for lunch with a friend on friday. my amazing friend was understanding and we rearranged, but sorry what if my plans weren’t rearrangeable? The rota was made, you cant then add me to a random shift without asking me first!
idk it this is a big issue but it’s pissed me off
