(Not Quite A) Bargain Bend in Willow Creek

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a 2nd floor loft and decent yard space. The downstairs bedroom is a single and the upstairs bedroom is a master with a connecting bath. There is also a fireplace, breakfast bar and a dining nook (which can be converted to something else, maybe a space for a gaming table, if the bar is enough for your sims).

I didn’t really try to keep it affordable for a starter family, so it can be something your sims work towards or you can use the freerealestate cheat.
