Woo! After an epic fail today with glue, this shield is a-l-m-o-s-t done. Just need to attach straps to the back! Big thanks to @harbeastie for helping me think through how to best achieve that damn shield curve. 😄❤😄 EVA foam with some worbla details. I also used wonderflex to the back to support the shell. I used to use #bargecement because it has superior hold however it is not forgiving of mistakes. Using this has helped me move faster and make cleaner liners.
