Honestly really funny that Becky’s like “you gotta be careful Tom, you were just shot, you can’t even stand up or you will rip your stitches” and the like 5 minutes later they are actively fucking with Tom on top. Horniness makes people defy all logic in hatchetfield.

What is a Big Bang?

A Big Bang event is a collection of fanworks. Authors writea fanfiction (in this case, for the Hatchetfield universe), Betas will proof-read and edit the writing, and Artists will make artwork for the fics. Every fic will get an artist, but not every fic will get a Beta.

I'm not a traditional artist, but I like making music/food/editing photography/etc. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Any artists are welcome to join the Hatchetfield Big Bang, regardless of your art form!

Is there a word limit for the fanfic?

Yes! Your fanfic must be 6k words or longer.

I have a fanfic I already finished, can I enter the Big Bang with that fic?

Finished fics are accepted, as long you haven't already shared them anywhere. The goal of the Bang is to share UNSEEN work with the community! Showing one or two people is generally okay, but if you've already posted the fanfic or shared it with a large group, it shouldn't be used for the Big Bang.

What do I do once I've signed up?

Once we've processed all the sign-up forms, you'll get an email from us to let you know that you've been processed! If you sign up and don't receive an email from us by the closing date (May 1st), then shoot us an email (or a DM if you're in the discord server) and we'll sort it out! After that, you'll receive instructions via email.

Authors will begin writing and creating summaries for their fics. Later on, we will share the summaries with the Artists and Betas. Artists and Betas will pick which fics they want to work on based on the summaries, and then they can begind on their work. By the end of the event, your fic/art should be finished and ready to post. Then, we will sort out a schedule for each team to post their work.
