Thrones' base EGO, One Hundred and Twenty Years.

Her awakening line is simply "Wake up."

Lots of things ended up different from my initial idea. There were supposed to be more toys on the ground, but welp... I didn't draw it. I give you one simple Nothing There plushie. Thrones is standing inside the Lobotomy Corp's containment unit, wearing her researcher outfit like Hokma while wearing the prison clothes underneath. The shadow overcasting her is of a baby wind chime, dangling in a way that resembles a halo on her head. There are written scribbles on the wall saying "Hello" and "I Love You", positioned low enough to indicate that a child had written it. The camera that usually feeds straight into management is broken on the right side of the screen. The outside of this room is the scenery from the CG where Carmen was lying on the grass.

I never mentioned it, but I was thinking about how this lady should have been old enough to have joined Lobotomy Corp in its infancy and raised several baby abnormalities. It is a wish fulfilment fantasy, I won't deny it. I haven't spoken much about Thrones because of that. Her signature, from the ID card means the cradle of god, and when you put this and that together, it should kinda piece together what kind of role she played for Lobotomy Corporation. Go my granny Sue.

That's all for now I think. I may add more baby toys later on when I have more ideas. It should be enough to litter the floor with. Drawing this was quite fun though. The colours of the containment room makes me feel so nostalgic.

I forgot to mention that she is holding a dreidel in her hand. And the name of the EGO comes from the Jewish blessing "May you live till 120 years". There's lots of ways to interpret that. I've seen some that say it means to live 100 years with the vitality of a 20 year old. Either way, it reminded me of Lobcorp's time loop situation.

Holmes' base EGO, London's Eye.

His EGO awakening line is "Verifiably, there is no case I can't solve." Why is there no colour for pride. :( He is gloating.

Holmes is crouching down, inspecting footsteps in the mud, uncaring of the rain that's falling on him. Behind him is the garden fence and a wall full of wanted posters, marked with a stamp saying "DONE". The window opens to the scene of his beloved home, with only a chair and a divan. You will find out who it's for in his Canto. There's a shadow of a mouse looking up.

This scene came straight out of A Study In Scarlet, where we were first introduced to Holmes and his passion for documenting trivial things like shoe sizes and types of cigarette ash. I depicted him as a kind of teenager here, one because he's still young in his first novel, and two because I want to draw parallels to Don Quixote. They're both short and have childlike wonders, but they're definitely mature and capable of handling themselves. And also, his canto deals with explicit abuse from his father. Be warned.

Fun fact, Holmes is someone who would actively seek out prosthetics in mirror worlds. He just has that much self disregard despite being a major Pride sinner. His current image song is あなたは煙草 私はシャボン “You are tobacco, I am soap” by Lovely Summer Chan about an abusive relationship between a parent/adult and child.

Hyde's base EGO, Impassionate Killing.

Inspirations taken from Faust's base EGO. Art shows Hyde stumbling into his home after murdering Carew, a member of parliament (basically translate to Class 5 Auditor in T Corp's Nest). The blue light is remisnicent of Jekyll, who's there wailing as his shadow. Hyde's expression is one of "Now you've done it", yet he couldn't help but smile. In the background, there are various P Corp packaged boxes, taken from The Shelter of 27th March. There's no barbed wires, just like Faust, maybe because he was never caught for this. Also, his clothes are slighly too big for him to indicate it's Hyde and not Jekyll.

His ego awakening line is "You dun get it yet? Ma existence is a sin." Yes he has the same accent as Will You Play? abnormality. He's going to get I'll Go fer Scissors. How 'Bout You?

Random chatter section:

So while I was collecting references, I found a few interesting things of note. First is T Corp Class 3 VDCU staff Outis' uptie story, which had her noticing a Class 1 Collection Staff's uniform wearing a pink tie. She pointed out how it stood out against his colourless shirt, so he should work hard to afford to bring its colour back too. He was going to explain the tie was a gift from his mom, thus it was the only thing with colour on his uniform, but it seemed like Outis already knows. After all, she is a parent, and there are no shortages of times where she is soft on her underlings.

Second thing is... I'll Go fer Scissors. How 'Bout You? corrosion. I was trying to find where the girl was, then I realised she was up on the ceiling, with blood dripping down her feet. Much like someone in Outis' story from Limbus Company's TGS trailer. And not to mention her doll is decapitated :( I don't like seeing children get hurt.

I'm busy this weekend but I've been really wanting to sketch some EGO art. I ended up doing a colour sketch, which didn't take as much time as I imagined! Of course the rendering part takes forever, but that's why I won't do it now haha.

This is Morgen's base EGO, Orchard of Avalon.

She is standing in a medical ward, with bloodied beds and IV bags. She was a doctor in the active war zone. Her fairy nature however, siphons life from others. Her EGO awakening line is "The Orchard... awaits its completion..." alluding to something ominous brewing.

I've taken reference from Outis and Gregor's base EGOs, as they explicitly depict memories of the Smoke War. Morgen's hair is longer in the past, I think because when she joined Limbus Company, she wanted to start over a new life so she cut her hair short to let it grow again. There's green goop seeping in from outside, taken from Dream of a Black Swan abnormality. I think it represents old L Corp's energy source which is the source of the smoke. I just know the F Corp being represented by green fairies has something to do with it. The shadow overcast is of a fairy, being simplified to resemble an F, or maybe a key.

I love that she’s the first sinner so I can always draw her first.
