Giovanni’s really good at baseball right? So so can I have a scenario where his SO shows up to one of his games?

I’ve been looking forward to writing this 🥰 Also I didn’t stop at seven headcanons because, I do what I want!!

Giovanni’s S/O shows up to his game

Normally Giovanni’s willing to put 100% of his focus on his games in order to give it his all, but when he notices that his s/o is there he just CANNOT focus. He’s in the dugout with the rest of his teammates and he just keeps giving his s/o subtle glances every 10 seconds because ‘I can’t believe they actually came!’

In all honesty, he didn’t peg them to be that interested in what he likes to do outside of crime. He KNOWS partners are supposed to be supportive and all (and his partner does support him) but he’s just so genuinely surprised and excited that this normal game of baseball turns into something more meaningful for him

In the dugout, he’s texting his s/o things like

Giovanni: Hey, you hungry? They have REALLY good chili dogs here. I think there’s also a merch stand right next to the dogs but I can’t really remember haha

S/O: Giovanni, do you want me to buy merchandise just so people will know who you’re dating?

Giovanni: Uhh... yeah 13 is my lucky number so get something with 13 on it

When his s/o actually does wear his merch, lucky number and all, Giovanni points them out to all his teammates and goes “Hey, see that person wearing 13 all over? Yeah no big deal but we’re kind of a thing, they’re probably gonna help us win tonight so be ready!”

When he’s actually out to bat, Giovanni gets in position like normal, by quickly turns around to blow his s/o a little smooch~ It leaves powerful damage on s/o

He tries his best to make sure every swing he does makes the ball go in his s/o’s direction so they can keep one of them!

When an interviewer comes around and asks him, “Giovanni, who would you like to dedicate the final ball to?” He turns around to look at his s/o yet again and replies with “This one’s for the love of my LIFE” and winks at them

When he and his s/o are leaving the field and walking back to the car, Giovanni has made it tradition to carry them on his shoulders and have them pour Gatorade on his head. It bothers is s/o a lot because they’re like “Aw Gio, you’re all sticky, how am I supposed to hug you now :(“ but Giovanni is too busy shaking himself off like a dog and just being really happy
