Repost @irwanlibrata @af_move - ROTATOR CUFF RELEASE via. LACROSSE BALL #BaseballArmCareSeries . 🔝And we conclude this series with the rotator cuff muscles. . As I mentioned last time, the rotator cuff muscles consist of the: . •Teres Minor •Infraspinatus (below spine of scapula) •Supraspinatus (above spine of scapula) . 👉🏽This group is a big component of dynamically stabilizing and decelerating the arm in throwing mechanics. . ☝🏽Adding this to your routine will help: . •Facilitate recovery •Decrease joint and muscle pain . 📋Step-by-step: 🔹Teres minor 1️⃣Locate lateral and upper scapula 2️⃣Place lacrosse ball in that spot and lean into the ball 3️⃣Bend arm and move into internal and external rotation 🔹Infraspinatus 1️⃣Locate spine of scapula and move DOWN 2️⃣Place lacrosse ball in that spot and lean into the ball 3️⃣Bend arm and move into internal and external rotation 🔹Supraspinatus 1️⃣Locate spine of scapula and move UP 2️⃣Place lacrosse ball in that spot and lean into the ball 3️⃣Bend arm and move into internal and external rotation .
