Keep all information about organizing between trusted members of the coalition - including keeping it out of the hands of data brokers and social media companies. Talk face to face. Communicate on paper. Burn after reading. Loose lips sink ships, and public events attract pig presence. Read up on security culture and maintain it to the best of your ability. Keep away from cameras.
Identifying features must be covered or removed before attending any efforts toward justice. Wear common, nondescript clothing and carry standard mass produced mobility aids. Cover tattoos. Mask up. Wear a hat or other head covering, especially if you have coloured hair or a specific cut. Glass goggles and face shields provide an extra barrier against tear gas and obscure your eye colour. Gloves prevent fingerprinting. Abandon your devices at a safe location. Arrive on foot where possible, carpool and park at locations a reasonable distance from the site. Don't forget about insurance trackers that are becoming more and more common in vehicles.
Stay in a group. Especially when pigs get involved, they will try to pick off stragglers and kettle in small numbers. Lock arms if you have to, with as many people as possible. Keep an eye out for disabled participants and make sure they stay close. No one gets left behind.
Straightforward messaging and demands keep everyone on the same page. Do not engage with outside agitators. Don't take the bait. Cut off all conversations that last longer than thirty seconds, especially if they occur with counter-protestors, plainclothes officers, and anyone you did not come to the site with.
No more complacency. No more respectability. Get out there and don't go home until something gets done. It'd take all their resources to stop us.
