I think the hardest humanitarian question of the 21st century is wether the World should focus on getting rid Isis or Assad first. Both are horrible and both need to go but you focus on both on the same time.
I don't know how many of you have heard this, but Bashir al-assad's soldiers just entered Aleppo and are indiscriminately killing civilians. They are supported by Russian airstrikes and Iranian Hezbollah commandos. 20 women killed themselves rather than be raped by his troops. A 4 year old child tweeted that this will be her last tweet. Hundreds are documenting their last few moments alive and posting it onto social media. This is what happens when the U.S is too afraid to be involved. This is what happens when tyranny is not challenged by countries in a position to help. There are many flaws with the ideology of liberal hegemony, but this is a demonstration of one of its strengths. Stay ok guys.
