This view boils down still more simply to seeing other people as human beings
Meaning that they are allowed to be fully imperfect, to have bad days, to be irrationally angry for no reason and to have flaws, sometimes very steep ones. With it being an entirely acceptable and subjective point if the flaws become too much and other people are cut out of life as forgettable and forgotten.
Too often people hold other people accountable to visions of them that exist in their heads, and then these people get caught in a vicious trap they neither asked for nor signed onto. Allowing people to be fully and properly human also extends to fully accepting that much as we enjoy knowing other people and being part of their lives, they have lives of their own and sometimes if they do have bad moods or bad days it's because of things that have nothing to do with us.
Wanna know the real kicker? All of this sounds simple and yet I see so many people who cannot manage these very basic feats in real time and sow up great misery for themselves and everyone around them from failing all of this.
Nothing that I have said here is or should be (nor do I see it as being) anything but the most remedial baseline of expectations. And yet for so many people meeting this is beyond anything that they allow themselves to do.
