The Buster Keaton Show 1951 “The Gymnasium Story”
It's almost springtime in Canada
i felt my heart break when you told me you didn’t care about me like i cared about you, and suddenly it made sense. my wishes of safe travel for you after school were always left unreciprocated. you never checked up on me during lunch the same way i did with you. never texted me on break during practice to make sure i was working on my essay. you told me you didn’t care and my heart broke. i think i left pieces of it scattered on the highway as i walked home that night because i have not felt whole since.
