Oh my gosh! I really missed seeing your DC Hero Sims on my dash. Do you mind if you could show some of it? I especially loved your Batfam Sims! :)

Absolutely! I love requests for my Sims to justify my posting them, because I fully acknowledge that it’s Very Silly Business. My Batfamily house is safe and sound on my PC back in the USA. I’m on my laptop in Korea for another month, however, and the Batman v Superman trailer is getting me hyped against my better judgment. So I made a new household: Bruce Wayne, Clark Kent, Diana Prince, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor. Super Roommates!

Diana Prince/Wonder Woman Traits: Good, Rebellious, Loves the Outdoors, Athletic, Charismatic

Lois LaneTraits: Bookworm (writer trait), Good Kisser, Hot-Headed, Ambitious, Daredevil

Clark Kent/SupermanTraits: Good, Hopeless Romantic, Artistic (writer trait), Friendly, Easily Impressed

Bruce Wayne/BatmanTraits: Genius, Loner, Grumpy, Brave, Computer Whiz

And best roommate ever, Lex LuthorTraits: Evil, Genius, Mean-Spirited, Perfectionist, Ambitious

In this episode: jilted Superbat, Lex deliberately scaring people, Lex starting a fire (ffs), Diana and Lois bff beach day, the fall festival, Bruce and Diana realizing they’re both smokin’ hot and should jump on it, and, finally, a Lois and Clark wedding. 

Let’s start with Lex antics, shall we? His trait combo is lethal. His very first autonomous action was “Insult Bruce.” He literally has a wish that says “Steal Candy from a Baby.” When he gets on a computer, he gets the option “Troll a forum.” He’s bad stuff, okay, and he’s running rampant in my DC house. So he often amuses himself by sneaking up behind and scaring his roommates:

Clark actively watches Lex sneak around behind him, but Lex don’t give a fuck. He still goes for it. Suck it, Kryptonian. 

^That is the face of unadulterated evil. But that’s not enough for Lex. He must also go and start a fire while trying to cook mac n’ cheese in his pajamas. The entire household spirals into a blind panic, except Batman, who is too cool for fear and runs to the rescue:

(diana get your hand outta there, now is not the time)

Everyone survives, but Bruce considers moving back to Wayne Manor after this, probably. He doesn’t, though, because he and Clark get the hots for each other. Good Sim Clark wanders over to Bruce and uses “Brighten Day” interaction on him. Grumpy Sim Bruce is intrigued. 

(they can see you lex, your stealth is a joke, man.)

Too much of a crowd out in the common areas, clearly, so they move to the bedroom and their logo underwear. (warning: many screenshots of mostly-naked sims canoodling ahead)

But when either one goes a step further and proposes WooHoo, the other declines: 

They decide to pillow fight instead. Just as good. 

Meanwhile, Diana and Lois go to the beach before summer ends. No boys invited, kthnx. It’s so cute and they have so much fun!

Eventually the boys crash the party with the boat. Lex tries to waterski, and wipes out hard: 

But Diana is queen and shows everyone how it’s done:

Back at home, Lois catches Clark’s eye. Though Bruce is already designated as his Romantic Interest, Clark gets into a thing with Lois: 

ayy Superman, you kinda heavy, please warn me before you leap into my arms

Whatever makes you happy, Smallville. The game then informed me, “Clark has a Naughty reputation” because he has two Romantic Interests. lol @ naughty supermanIt wasn’t long before Lois decided it was time to lock that down. Big puppy-hearted meta-powered farmboy? Husband material. Mine now. Suck it, Wayne. 

Cutehappy Lois and Clark engagement! But the game informed me, “Clark has a Cheater reputation.” And Bruce was pissed af. He hunted Clark’s ass down and destroyed him in a fight: 

rekt. Don’t screw with Batman’s heart. Summer becomes autumn, and that means new cutie pie fall outfits for my cutie pie girls. (none for the boys, idc what they wear)

Despite the seasonal change, Bruce is still having himself a tantrum, and he yells at Lois one morning (who, unlike sweet Clark, will not put up with it all):

The wise and benevolent Queen Diana witnesses this and says, no. I will not have such strife, not in my house. I shall bang the Batman myself, and all will be well. The reporters got nothing on our combined hotness quotient. 

but forever-eight Bruce must have his way or nothing, so he tries to shut her down initially:

He can’t resist her charisma for long though. 

So that’s happening. Lex is just like “you know what? fuck you all”

They all relax at the fall harvest festival. Apple bobbing contest looks like some weird supervillain torture A Robin dies for every dropped apple: 

Diana won. The others aren’t good sports about it: 

^ Whatever, stupid apples, I didn’t even want to win. This bunch is competitive. They went for the pie-eating contest next: 

Lois won:

^WHATEVER, STUPID PIES, I DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO WIN.And, finally, Lois and Clark wed. I think about 90s Dean Cain and Terri Hatcher, and sigh happily. (also look at her hair and gown, omg.)

And that’s how they became Lois and Clark Lane. 

Bonus: Bruce still may kill them in their sleep one night:

Batsims in the City

While my Wayne Manor is still safe and sound, I have another saved city where Bruce and Damian live in a penthouse and Selina Kyle and her daughter Lian Harper live next door.  It's a Batfamily Sim AU.  

And part of the motivation is that Bruce needs an urban setting in which he can work his Batsuit.  

There's no cowl for the suit, so Sim Bruce isn't big on the secret identity thing, evidently.

Anyway, Bruce and Damian live in this sweet high-rise penthouse-- this is the view from their balcony and the master bedroom (that's a babysitter tucking Damian in)

hello, nice to meet you, i am batman how do you do (he was supposed to wear a different outfit, goddammit bruce)

Damian and Lian are friends now, but Damian is always a bit... cautious when first meeting people. 

This is Damian's "it's a pleasure to meet you" face

Lian told Damian the scariest ghost story ever 

She then intrigued Damian by holding royal court at her dining room table 

The children took a break with cereal and juice boxes 

And then they decided a more formal dress-up session was in order. This is Damian's "I am now a Prince" strut

Waving to his subjects after vanquishing a dragon, evidently 

Lian would not be outdone and also went to the costume chest

And she became a very fancy Princess indeed.  I was so delighted because omg, Damian and Lian as a tiny Prince and Princess, this is a lethal dose of cuteness (Damian keeps that Smug Prince face going strong, pretty sure he's had plenty of practice during his life) 

Miniature BFFs forever.  Then Damian met Selina and regaled her with his usual charm:

Now I had no role in this happenstance-- the game decided Selina should be friends with a criminal in black-and-white stripes and ski mask, and he was at her house when Bruce dropped by.  I sat here shaking my head because sometimes I think Sims knows things 

But Batman and the not-so-subtle thief\ got along just fine while Selina played in the sandbox 

Whatever, game.

  Bruce spent a pleasant afternoon sobbing at a cemetery as Bruce often does

I’m going to interpret this as “give me screenshots of Damian being cuddled by the rest of the Batfam,” and your wish is my command. And I’m going to include basically every screenshot I have of Damian otherwise because he is adorable and he’s not-so-secretly my favorite little baby assassin

So, Bruce bought himself a boat

And decided scuba diving is his new hobby when he's not busy Batmaning 

And he met a mermaid.  He asked him something about his fin and the mermaid was offended and left.  This displeased me because Bruce/Mermaid Guy are now my Batsims OTP and Bruce is destroying my dream

Stephanie is not as skilled in the arena of aquatic endeavors 

But she's the best big sister Toddler Damian could ask for 

Dick got caught in some mischief in school and was upset when Alfred scolded him 

Alfred callin everybody on their shit though, and he and shirtless Jason tied into it too

Then Alfred went and played in a pile of fall leaves with Bruce to cool off

And Bruce and Toddler Damian went for a pleasant afternoon stroll 

And Jason fought with Dick for reasons I never discovered 

Alfred put baby Damian to bed with a kiss goodnight and I screamed and kicked my feet like Charlote La Bouff 

And Tim does nothing but stand around looking nervous, I stg
