Yes it was Batman themed. Yes I forced my family to wear the masks whilst we did Happy Birthday Yes this is not my first time pulling this shit (my 18th birthday was Pokémon themed and yes I had an LED Pikachu cake topper)

We were supposed to introduce ourself by drawing a coast of arms of ourselves.

With who we are, where we live, what hobbies we have and what we are good at

And we were supposed to include a lie.

You can never guess what lie I included 😈 and what I spent 90% of my time with.

Can we have tahl teach damien to do embroidery because he needs a hobby other than sword fighting and beating league members up when angry. And she has Nysa eventually join in because she's bored tahl has inadvertently created the league's embroidery circle for female members. With talia begrudgingly joining because she's bored and curious about the woman who's sleeping with her dad.

“What are you doing?” Tahl was not startled by the voice, in fact, she had both heard and felt the young boy’s arriving. 

“What does it look like,” she answered in an amused tone, her eyes glittering with mirth. 

Damian shot her an annoyed look, but he still seated himself next to her. “And why are you doing this?” he asked instead.

“It keeps me occupied and it helps me relax,” she answered honestly. At the boy’s furrowed brows, she quickly added, “Don’t you have things you do, when you seem out of balance; when you are angry or sad or when you just need to think?”

“Then I train,” he answered proudly.

The Noorian was not quite able to hide her grimace. “Training is not the same as relaxing, you are still learning and trying to get better after all,” she said wisely.

A moment of silence passed between the unlikely pair, in which the dark haired boy slowly crept closer to her, until their sides were touching and he could actually see what she was doing. A small smile appeared on Tahl’s features. Damian was so much like Obi-Wan, very curious and he always wanted to learn new things.

“Would you like to try?”

An unreadable expression appeared on the young boy’s features and he hastily shook his head. “I don’t know how… I don’t want to ruin it.”

“You won’t,” she promised, her confidence was clear in her voice. “I will help you, come.” She held her work up and motioned with her head to her lap. It would be easier to guide his hands this way and to show him how it is properly done. This was, how Tahl had learnt embroidery.

Damian hesitated a moment, but then he followed the invitation. He seemed shy and hesitant at first, but he learnt quickly and it was soon after that he was doing the work all on his own. 

“Very good,” the honey skinned female commented, just as both Talia and Nyssa rounded the corner. Both females’ eyes immediately settled on the concentrated boy, who was still seated in Tahl’s lap and whose tongue was peeking out between his teeth in concentration. 

“You are teaching him embroidery?” Talia sounded genuinely surprised.

“Will you teach me as well?” Nyssa’s enthusiasm was clear in her voice.

An indulgent smile appeared on the Jedi’s features. “Of course,” she answered.

Nyssa did not wasted another second and seated herself next to the female, who had come so surprisingly in their life. Talia still hesitated. She was not really interested in learning such a seemingly useless skill, but her son seemed to have fun. Also, it would give her an opportunity to investigate the strange female, who had become her father’s permanent lover from the looks of it, further. 

Yet, when the darker skinned woman smiled to her, Talia couldn’t help but return the look. She had no reason NOT to like the woman after all, quite the opposite actually. She was just afraid that one day, there would be more little children running around. Racing Damian had been hard enough and she would not have been able to do it, without Bruce. Not to mention what would happen, if her father suddenly decided to make his lineage even bigger than it already was. 

Quickly, the dark haired woman shook her head and instead concentrated on the strange female’s voice. Tahl was calmly explaining what to do. It sounded easy enough and who knew, perhaps it would actually help against Talia’s boredom…

me too. i’m bitter that two of them got shipped off to lot (and snart is like dead still? or is???) and hartley has been basically erased even tho the pilot had him as the other team flash member. i want to see more of mirror master and how the mirror world works! i want to see more of lisa dealing with being gg! hell i’ll even take weather wizard but nope we barely get them unless it’s to mild inconvenience to the big bad speedster of the season sighs
