“To evangelize I had baptize and not let the river sweep away the individual.” This fourth campaign was held in three locations: Cantarranas, Villa de San Fransico and Valle de Angeles. Baxter graduates Wiliam Cardona (2016) and Ricardo Guerra (2003) and their wives work as a team in these 3 cities an hour outside of Tegucigalpa. “To evangelize I had to learn to do street preaching.” The students in this campaign to Atlántida Arizona, Honduras were from Colombia, Mexico, Honduras, Venezuela, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic. Karen from Mexico for the first time her life spoke directed and a women seminar. Yonly from Cuba for the first time did street preaching with Deury from the Dominican to a group of some 11 men. “Deury (a third year student) told me, here’s an opportunity to evangelize. And the people were very receptive to the preaching which could never be done in Cuba, the people would laugh at you if you tried.” Two were baptized in this campaign down at the river. #baxtercampaigns2018 #baxterstreetpreaching

“To Evangelize I had to Attend a Funeral.” 9 students from 6 Latin American countries spent campaign week working with the Barandillas congregation in San Pedro Sulla. Assisting them was their preacher and Baxter graduate Juan Murcia. Knocking doors in a poor neighbor the students arrived at the door of a family who had lost a loved one and were having the funeral in the home. “It meant that we stopped everything and accompanied them in this moment of great loss.” #baxtercampaigns2018 #baxtercaringforthoseinneed (at San Pedro, Cortes, Honduras)

“To Evangelize I Had to Chop Wood” One of the four campaign groups went to La Union, Guatemala where Baxter graduate (2004) Byron Huertas is working with a congregation. They knocked doors, studied the Bible with individuals, visited unfaithful members, conducted a women’s program, and an all-night vigil. They baptized their cook for the week and another woman, and had several restorations. Second year student Vlademir stopped to evangelize a woman who was chopping wood, but to do so he had to chop her wood. #baxterbaptism #baxtercampaigns2018 #baxtergraduate2004

Campaign Live! Baxter students conduct a campaign in La Union, Guatemala. Prayers are cherished as students lead four different campaigns in Central America and for the changed lives of those being baptized. Three Days - Nine Lives Changed for Eternity. The nearest of the four campaigns being conducted is in three communities just an hour away. There two Baxter graduates are working full-time with churches, Wiliam Cardona (2016) and Ricardo Guerra (2004). Students have their boots on the ground - knocking doors, conducting personal Bible studies and preaching... and experiencing the joy of pointing souls to Jesus. #baxtercampaigns2018 #baxtergraduates (at Baxter Institute)

The time of Baxter’s evangelistic campaigns has come! After many weeks of preparing for the campaigns, the first of four groups left today for Guatemala. The other three groups will be leaving on Monday for San Pedro Sula, Atlántida, and Valle de Ángeles, Honduras.
