Duck & Frog is out now!
Had a great time working at Sun & Moon Studios as Animatic Artist.
If your VCR is NOT in working order, then you can check out the first 25 episodes on BBC Player or catch it weekdays on CBBC at 4PM starting on Monday 16th Feb!
Duck is just trying to make rent and is always accepting new jobs, but his dreams of keeping a job for longer than a day inevitably crumble
STARS
Had this idea for anwhile as a sequel of sorts to the RIBBONS doodle, (almost) all star logos that i have drawn or i could find in space, and some in land too (note : actually Tretya's height is just 5 meters tall so he can't really reach space so it's a but exaggerated in here). Those star logos (along with their names from my headcanon if they have one) were the 1951-1975 and 1982-1991 logos of TB CCCP Tatiana and Tretya, Southern Television's star Sophie, Rediffusion's Adastral star Adastra, STAR TV's orange star, Carlton Television's infamous red-orange star, Spar Nord's star (which kind of looks similar to that of Southern), S2's 8 pointed star, Carlton Communications' star logo (technically their logo is the same as their television subsidiary but i decided to draw it as a shadow star instead), and the BBC Video star.
THE BEGINNING | VHS Cuts | Blake's 7
The very first home video release of the popular BBC sci-fi drama Blake's 7 originally hit UK shops in September 1985. "The Beginning" presented the first four episodes of the first series as a heavily edited two-hour compilation. The video above examines the 1990 VHS re-release, exhaustively detailing all 74 cuts which account for approximately 40% of the original material.
The logos of childhood videos. Who else remembers these?
Happy 100th Birthday, Warner Bros.!
Here’s my growing DVD collection of titles from @warnerbrosentertainment / @wbhomevideomx and such! (Picture 2 is of DVDs bought during WB’s 101st year + some I forgot to mention)
Twitter/X thread version here.
by Michael Foust A new BBC video resource produced for schools and geared toward British children ages 9-12 teaches that there are more than 100 gender identities and that people who are critical of transgender ideology “just don’t know any better yet.”
202. BBC VIDEO: AN UNEARTHLY CHILD
The TARDIS brings the Doctor and his companion to Earth in 1963. But they are forced to leave unexpectedly, and travel even further back in time, back to the dawn of human civilisation…
The last episode of Survival aired on 6th December 1989. But the BBC had started releasing Doctor Who videos in 1983, and on 5th February 1990 they became a regular range, allowing fans to continue watching Doctor Who. The first story in the range was An Unearthly Child.
