The Jalter event is dropping early january and unlike most lottery events the Skill gems are in the shop, not the lotto.
You can get 20 of each kind of blue red and gold gem.
The lotto has good items ofc (pages, proofs, horseshoes) but farm the gem drops more than the lotto drops.
Thankfully the jalter event CEs were permanent so everyone SHOULD have one or two of each of them and the lotto drops are determined by servants not ces.
