Today, I ate way more sugar than i should have. This not only caused me some unpleasant heartburn, but i also went through a bit of a sugar rush with the desire to run around. Now i suffer from shin splints.

Did you guys know that if you drink just a little bit of margarita in the heat BEFORE you stuff your face, you will get really tipsy really fast? I did too but did that stop me? NOPE!
