Grilled up some organic boneless chicken thighs tonight. Seasoned these with @traegergrills Pork and poultry rub and grilled them at 375F. for approx: 30 minutes with a flip half way through. It's kinda like a tradition to roast some sweet, made in Italy chestnuts. I little knife criss-cross across the side and these will split open and make for an easy peel, once roasted. I used a grilling basket with holes, for the heat and smoke to penetrate through the basket. I smoked these on my @traegergrills at 375F. for approximately 30. The perfect snack for now or take to work tomorrow. I have always been intrigued and interested in making a Beef Wellington and on my 363rd straight day of using my Traeger Grills, I did just that; except mine came out looking like a Tuzi Wellington!! 🤷‍♂️First off, I rarely buy the beef tenderloin, because of it's cost; I have never bought and used puff pastry before and I was not sure how all this would come together. 🙋‍♂️But you know I like to #MakeItHappen!!
