A Sad Wayfinder Trio Headcanon That I Think About A Lot:

The gang are all sitting on destiny islands beach listening to sora riku and Mickey as they explain everything that’s happened the last years

The wayfinder trio immediately jump on sora when he mentions Olympus “You know Hercules?!” “Hercules is ok?” “Can we go see herc?!”

Sora promises to take them as soon as possible excited to reunite everyone

Hercules stands stunned in shock not believing his eyes before he nearly trips running to hug the old friends he thought he’d never see again

“You’ve found each other! You’re alive! I never forgot about you guys I’ve missed you all so much! Where have you been?!” He can’t get the words out fast enough can’t hug them tight enough

“You’ve grown up so much!” “It’s a long story” “We’ve missed you too herc!” They hug him back just as tight with teary eyed smiles

They catch up telling stories of everything that’s happen since they last saw each other they cry for one another and they laugh together

“Hey where’s Zack? I can’t wait to see him!” “I want to see how strong he’s gotten” “I’ve missed him for so long I bet he’s grown up so much too!”

Hercules is taken aback he doesn’t know how to tell them he doesn’t want to tell them but he can’t seem to stop the tears forming in his eyes and the lump in his throat “I- He- come with me”

“...He’s gone he’s been gone for a long time... I couldn’t s-save him I’m so so sorry.. but he never forgot about you guys either”

The trio sit there for a while in silence trying to stop crying trying to comprehend that their friend is gone that they’ve missed out on so many things

“...do you think he became the hero he wanted to be?” “Of course” “With out a doubt”
