This recipe for an Easy Lobster Roll Sandwich brings the taste of the beach to your table with very little work. It's a delicious treat that's great for any occasion. Soft lobster meat mixed with rich mayonnaise, sour lemon juice, and fresh herbs, all inside a toasted buttered bun.
Ingredients: 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1/4 cup chopped celery. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hot dog buns. 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. Brush the insides of the hot dog buns with melted butter. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Fill the toasted buns with the lobster mixture. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with additional parsley. Enjoy!
